FAQs

Is sleep training just letting your baby cry it out?

Absolutely not! While cry it out is a chosen approach for some parents, I do not use cry it out with any of my clients. We instead use more gentle approaches to sleep training that may involve some expected crying initially, while you continue to provide reassurance and comfort to your child.

How long does sleep training take?

Every child is different, and therefore, sleep training can look different for each child. However, generally, we expect that you will have sleep training success within two weeks of consistently using our methods.

Can you sleep train babies with medical conditions like reflux or colic?

Sleep training can be beneficial for most children; however, I encourage you to meet with your pediatrician prior to our work together to ensure that there are no underlying health concerns.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance and are considered out-of-network.

How do I know if sleep training is right for me and my family?

It’s important to consider your family values and goals; I encourage you to book a free consultation where we can discuss more about this and my approach to sleep training to determine if it feels right for you.
